SECTION 2 — ONLINE STORE USE

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your country or region.

You may not use our products, website, technical documents, software, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

You must not:

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict website access where fraud, abuse, legal risk, payment risk, export restrictions, or other reasonable concerns exist.

SECTION 3 — PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, videos, prices, and availability information are accurate.

However, product appearance, component layout, color, packaging, labels, connectors, and minor construction details may differ slightly from website images due to:

  • Product improvements
  • Component availability
  • Manufacturer updates
  • Customer-selected configurations
  • Country-specific electrical requirements
  • Photography and display differences

Such minor differences do not constitute a defect where the product’s primary function and confirmed specifications remain materially unchanged.

Technical specifications shown on the product page, quotation, invoice, drawing, email, or other written confirmation form part of the order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications before placing an order.

SECTION 4 — CUSTOMIZED AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many VISTON Education products are customized, configured, sourced, or prepared according to the customer’s requirements.

Customizable specifications may include:

  • PLC or controller brand
  • HMI model
  • Servo motor and drive
  • Variable-frequency drive
  • Pneumatic components
  • Input voltage and frequency
  • Plug type
  • Wiring configuration
  • External I/O terminals
  • Training modules
  • Mechanical structure
  • Software or language settings
  • Classroom or laboratory requirements

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming the applicable specifications before production or configuration begins.

Confirmation may be provided through:

  • Email
  • Quotation
  • Proforma invoice
  • Drawing
  • Photograph
  • Video
  • Written message

Once component sourcing, production, programming, electrical configuration, testing, packaging, or other customized work has started, the order may no longer be cancelled or returned for non-quality reasons.

Defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly supplied products will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 5 — ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to review and confirm:

  • Product availability
  • Technical configuration
  • Shipping destination
  • Delivery feasibility
  • Payment status
  • Customs requirements
  • Pricing accuracy
  • Export restrictions
  • Customer information

An order is normally accepted after payment has been confirmed and we have determined that the product can be supplied to the stated destination.

We may contact the customer to confirm technical specifications, voltage, plug type, delivery details, or customs information before production or shipment.

If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will notify the customer and arrange a refund for any amount already paid for the unfulfilled order.

SECTION 6 — PRICES, SHIPPING COSTS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Unless otherwise clearly stated on the product page, checkout page, quotation, or invoice, the price paid by the customer includes:

  • Product cost
  • International shipping
  • Applicable customs duties
  • Import taxes

For supported destinations, customers are not normally required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

If an all-inclusive delivery arrangement is unavailable for a particular country, remote area, product, freight method, or delivery address, we will contact the customer before shipment.

Any additional charges or revised delivery terms must be confirmed before the order is dispatched.

Prices may change without prior notice. Price changes will not affect an order that has already been paid and accepted.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, or calculation errors before accepting an order.

SECTION 7 — PAYMENT

Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout or otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete:

  • Billing information
  • Contact information
  • Payment information
  • Shipping information
  • Company information where applicable

We may delay or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, is reversed, is disputed, or appears unauthorized or fraudulent.

Ownership of the product does not transfer to the customer until the required payment has been received in full.

SECTION 8 — ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within approximately 7–20 business days after payment has been confirmed.

The preparation period may include:

  • Product sourcing
  • Mechanical assembly
  • Electrical configuration
  • PLC or HMI programming
  • Functional testing
  • Quality inspection
  • Export packaging
  • Preparation of shipping documents

Customized, specially configured, large, or complex training systems may require additional preparation time.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

If significant additional preparation time is required, we will notify the customer.

SECTION 9 — DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery time is calculated from the date the order is dispatched, not from the date payment is made.

After dispatch, delivery to the United States normally takes approximately:

10–30 business days

The total estimated time from payment confirmation to delivery in the United States is therefore generally approximately:

17–50 business days

Delivery times to other countries vary depending on:

  • Destination
  • Shipping method
  • Product size and weight
  • Customs clearance
  • Local carrier service
  • Remote-area delivery
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions

Large equipment shipped by air freight, truck freight, or sea freight may require additional time.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete delivery information.

SECTION 10 — SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS INFORMATION

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery and customs information.

Depending on the destination, this may include:

  • Full legal name
  • Company name
  • Complete delivery address
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Tax identification number
  • VAT number
  • EIN
  • Customs registration information

Failure to provide required information may result in delays, additional charges, return of the shipment, or cancellation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location can receive the ordered product.

Large equipment may require:

  • Delivery appointment
  • Loading dock
  • Forklift
  • Unloading assistance
  • Commercial receiving access
  • A responsible person present at delivery

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, unloading, installation, lifting, and movement of equipment inside the customer’s building are not included.

SECTION 11 — ORDER CANCELLATION

An order may be cancelled for a full refund before sourcing, production, or configuration begins.

Once sourcing, production, programming, electrical configuration, testing, packaging, or shipping has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Where cancellation is accepted after work has started, reasonable costs already incurred may be deducted, including:

  • Purchased components
  • Customized manufacturing
  • Programming or configuration work
  • Packaging
  • Payment processing charges
  • Shipping or carrier costs

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to change or cancel an order.

SECTION 12 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Standard, non-customized products may be eligible for return if the customer contacts us within 14 days of delivery.

Returned products must generally be:

  • Unused
  • Complete
  • In their original condition
  • In their original packaging
  • Free from installation damage or modification

Customers must obtain return authorization before sending a product back.

Customized, configured, made-to-order, specially sourced, or customer-specific products are not normally eligible for return or refund for non-quality reasons after production or configuration has started.

Customers must not send products to our registered business address without written authorization.

The approved return address may be different from the registered business address.

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete conditions.

SECTION 13 — DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Customers should inspect the product and packaging promptly after delivery.

Damage, missing components, defects, or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Full refund where appropriate

Customers should retain all original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

SECTION 17 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the website content, product descriptions, photographs, diagrams, videos, manuals, branding, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Viston Inc.

Customers may not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit our original materials without written permission.

Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of our trademarks, website content, product photography, original documentation, or other intellectual property.

SECTION 18 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, payment providers, carriers, manufacturers, software providers, or other services.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

Use of third-party services is subject to the applicable third party’s own terms and policies.
