Motor Control Trainers
Explore hands-on PLC and VFD motor control trainers for teaching three-phase motor wiring, start and stop circuits, forward and reverse control, variable-speed operation, servo and stepper motion, safety circuits, and industrial troubleshooting. Available configurations use Siemens or Allen-Bradley PLC platforms with PowerFlex, SINAMICS, and other industrial drive technologies.
Students can compare conventional hardwired control with modern EtherNet/IP or PROFINET network control while practicing drive parameter setup, speed references, status monitoring, fault handling, commissioning, and preventive maintenance. These systems are suitable for electrical technology, industrial maintenance, mechatronics, automation, and workforce development programs. Input voltage, PLC platform, motor size, drive model, terminal layout, fault simulation, and training exercises can be customized for classroom and laboratory use.
