The PLC Gantry Robot Pick-and-Place Training System is a compact educational workstation designed for hands-on training in mechatronics, PLC programming, motion control, pneumatic control, and automated material handling.

Built with an industrial aluminum frame, XYZ Cartesian gantry mechanism, pneumatic gripper, HMI control panel, and an integrated electrical control cabinet, this system allows students to learn how a real automated handling and sorting workstation operates.

The training platform can be used for teaching PLC logic, HMI operation, servo/stepper motion control, sensor integration, pneumatic gripping, fault diagnosis, and automated pick-and-place sequences.
