Portable PLC Training Kit / Programmable Controller Experiment Box

This portable PLC training experiment box is designed for PLC programming education, electrical control training, and industrial automation teaching. The standard model shown in the pictures is equipped with a Mitsubishi FX1N-24MR PLC, making it suitable for basic PLC instruction learning, wiring practice, control logic training, and comprehensive automation experiments.

The experiment box integrates multiple training modules into one compact panel. Compared with traditional PLC training benches, this suitcase-style design is more compact, portable, and convenient for classroom teaching, laboratory use, and technical training. The system reserves input terminals, output terminals, and common terminals, allowing students to complete wiring, programming, debugging, and signal testing independently.

The PLC host and experiment modules adopt a separated design, which makes the system easier to maintain, replace, and upgrade. Different PLC brands and models can also be customized according to the teaching requirements of universities, technical colleges, vocational schools, and industrial training centers.
